It's the first rain of the season...Like a puppy you look out of your office window...Holding a cup of cappuccino in your hand...Desperately wanting to get drenched and jump into the puddle full of mud water...But you do not....!! You love to criticize the government but would happily offer bribe at some point of your life...You could resist...But you do not...!!
