He was born October 1, 1964 in Kyiv, Ukraine. 1986- graduated Radiotechnic department of Lviv TU and was qualified as engineer-designer-technologist of radioapparatus; 1993- completed post-graduate study in the speciality "Information-Measuring Systems" from Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences. 1986-1995- engineer, researcher at Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences; 2005- The Royal Society Research Scholarship, University of Huddersfield, UK. R&D of the highly sensitive magnetic field sensors transducers for their application in the environmental, industrial, and biological signals. He has further invented the relevant superconducting, nanotechnological, and bioelectronic devices and has been selected for Who's Who in Sci. and Eng. 2008-2017, also from 30th Pearl Anniv. to 33th (2013-2016) Editions of Who's Who in the World. Future intelligence is including artificial intelligence (AI) additionally to the brain by forming an intelligence augmentation (IA). Implementation of the bio-robotic advancement into IA implies necessity of an extended input for the brain by the additional sensing organs and devices, as a transition to an ultimate ambience perception (UAP)
