Hello, my name is Robin. I'm an African-American woman. I live in Chicago. My interests include reading (French and English, especially mystery novels), occasional writing, the Chicago White Sox, and a lot of other subjects. I'm always on the lookout for good podcasts, especially French language ones. In this blog I plan to share a little bit of my day -- something I've done, something I've thought, and eventually perhaps pictures of something I've seen. This is my first blogging effort. Possible subjects for blogs: the White Sox, of course; IPod discoveries; returning to work; reading Harry Potter books in French; reading in French, generally; reading, generally; the South.
