Felicity is a full-time professional in dispute resolution and has worked as an independent mediator since 1989. Felicity mediates employment, workplace and commercial disputes, independently and through CEDR Chambers, In place of Strife, and Oxford Mediation. She is a mediator on the Court of Appeal panel of mediators in the UK. Felicity trains mediators in the UK for CEDR and in South Africa for Conflict Dynamics. She is a founding director of Conflict Dynamics.
