Jen started young, married at 17, learning kitchen skills in the food business. With a 40+ year stint as owner of The New Deli w/husband Tom, & a bit obsessed with efficiency, nutrition, & health, she's still in the home kitchen, making stuff like natto and coconut yogurt. But, in all the busyness of homesteading and grandkidding, loving Jesus trumps all!
