Late (Major) Mahendra Kishan Kaul instilled the passion for writing in his son Aniruddha Kishan Kaul from a young age. Following the untimely and tragic death of the senior Kaul, Aniruddha went on to pursue a career in journalism, starting in his early twenties, continuing with education on the sidelines. Aniruddha started his journalism career with National Mail, an erstwhile English daily newspaper that Dainik Bhaskar published from it's office in MP Nagar, inducted by Dr Suresh Mehrotra, to whom family friend Mr Shashi Dhar Kapoor introduced him. At National Mail, Aniruddha managed the business and sports desks independently, refining writing and reporting standards unheard of in English journalism in Bhopal. Moving on from National Mail, Aniruddha Kaul joined Central Chronicle, a Nava Bharat publication at Bhopal continuing with reporting and writing across beats. Continuing with his journalism career, he went on to cover politics, governance, administration et al. He was drawn to human rights issues as any suffering moved him deeply. Aniruddha worked at Free Press, Indore, DNA Money in Indore and then went on to join the Times of India at Ahmedabad, while also working at News Express (RKDF Group). He took up a role at a major knowledge process outsourcing company Adventity in Mumbai, where he learnt the nuances of knowledge process outsourcing. He pursued content writing on the sidelines and did transcreation tasks for many renowned global firms including DHL and the United Nations. He later involved himself in human resources, communication and legal roles with manufacturing industry in India's core cement sector. He is passionate about learning and development as a human resource professional as well as driven towards law holding a full time law graduation with a masters in business administration with specialization in human resource management. In the industry, he has worked with Reliance Cement, an SPV of Reliance Infrastructure, later acquired by MP Birla group. Aniruddha continues working with MP Birla group at its site in Maihar integrated cement unit leading the talent acquisition and development roles along with media and external communication.
